• FP Markets LLC “FP Markets” promotes its “Deposit Promotion – January 2026” (“Promotion”) to Retail Clients from Mainland China which are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document (“Promotion Terms”).

• Only new deposits will allow clients to become eligible to enter this promotion. Internal transfers between accounts are not accepted and will prevent the client from qualifying for this promotion.
• Each ID can only apply once a month, based on the email address.
• For new client to be registered in January 2026, this promotion is applicable in parallel with the “FP Markets Welcome Gift Promotion”,
• The client agrees to act honestly and fairly in its dealings when applying for this promotion.
• EA and Scalp trading is generally accepted (Refer to abusive trading policy for further clarification).
• Hyperactive accounts that disrupt the server will not be allowed.
• FP Markets reserves the right to debit the cost of the gift and/or gift card from the balance at the time of withdrawal, if it suspects certain clients or groups of clients to be abusing the promotion.
• FP Markets reserves the right to disqualify anyone that engages in misconduct and abusive trading practices and debit the cost of the gift and/or gift card from the balance at the time of withdrawal.
• Abusive Trading shall mean the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of the Appendix.
• FP Markets reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Pictures for reference only, gifts to be received shall prevail.
• In case of any disputes, FP Markets reserves the right to a final decision on the eligibility of any client for the relevant promotion.
• These Terms & Conditions have been originally produced in English. Clients may request for these Terms and Conditions to be provided in languages other than English. Translation or information provided in languages other than English is for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. FP Markets holds no responsibility regarding the reliability or correctness of the translated version.  In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and its translation into any other language the original version in English shall prevail.
